Shipping Fees
Western Cape (Main and Outlying Areas): A flat shipping fee of R80 applies to all deliveries within the main and outlying areas of the Western Cape, South Africa.
National Areas (South Africa): A flat shipping fee of R100 applies to all deliveries within South Africa, outside of the Western Cape.
International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination. Costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided. Please note that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Western Cape: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
National (South Africa): Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all regions within South Africa and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team at support@100perscent.co.za for assistance.
International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.
Additional Information
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before dispatch.
