Returns Policy

Overview

At 100Perscent Private Range, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made through our online store at https://100perscent.co.za. Our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Sealed in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by an original receipt or proof of purchase from our website, https://100perscent.co.za.

Purchases made from third-party sales agents or stockists are not eligible for exchange or return via our website. Please process such returns through the original retailer or sales agent from which the purchase was made.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Bath & body products

  • Hair & beard products

  • Personal care products

  • Perfume products

Promotional Gifts

If your order included a free gift or promotional item, the gift or promotional item must also be returned in its original condition if you request a return of the associated order.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received at our facility, we will send you an email to confirm that we have inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If approved, a credit note will be issued for the purchase of an alternative item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items purchased on promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged on Delivery

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 3 business days of receipt by emailing support@100perscent.co.za with the following:

  • An image of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box.

  • A description of the damage or defect.

We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to process a replacement or refund if a product has been transported to a destination outside of the original shipping address.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. If your return is rejected, you will be liable for the return shipping fees.

Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. For this reason, online orders cannot be canceled or changed after payment is received. After dispatch of your goods, you may cancel or change the sale in accordance with this Returns Policy.

Storage & Usage

Damages linked to improper storage or usage are the responsibility of the buyer. Fragranced products must be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct UV light to maintain quality. Please follow the storage and usage instructions provided with each product and note the shelf life. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Oils and liquids that have been opened or have a broken original seal.

  • Products that are past their shelf life.
